Abstract

Within the investigation on the topic of gentrification we find that it is an issue that integrates both social, political, economic and cultural aspects that lead us to think, from the concern that when displacing people, they are left without being able to acquire their own space and "this violates the supposed right to the city that is spoken of in various documents on accessibility to the city in politics and more specifically in territorial management" (Harvey, 2011, p.26), it is important to complete a proposal to propose mitigation measures. Repopulation of a site by a new class of inhabitants with higher purchasing power, cultural and political (Lozano, 2021, p. 19).
