Abstract

Donald Trump has been re-elected president of the United States of America and, recently, as on other occasions, has made a series of statements that could be considered violent, thereby endangering the human rights of the LGBTTQI+ community. The US president’s position leads us to question in this article whether these rights are being eroded or rolled back. This qualitative analysis aims to answer this question through a human rights approach.
